Yes. Every skin journey begins with a free, no-obligation consultation. We discuss your skin concerns, lifestyle and goals, then recommend a personalised treatment plan — you decide from there.
That's exactly what the consultation is for. You don't need to choose from the menu; tell us what bothers you about your skin and we'll build the right plan, whether that's a single treatment or a course.
Yes — some treatments (including laser and certain peels) require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your first appointment. We'll arrange this when you book.
Our philosophy is subtle, refreshed, natural-looking results — you, on your best day. This applies to everything from injectables to skin treatments; we'll never recommend more than your skin needs.
It depends on the treatment and your skin goals. Some treatments (like Hydrafacial) give an instant glow in one session; others (microneedling, laser, ZO protocols) work best as a course. Your plan is set out clearly at consultation.
Many of our treatments have little to no downtime. Where downtime applies (deeper peels, CO2 laser, microneedling), we'll explain exactly what to expect and how to plan around it before you book.

Every treatment comes with tailored aftercare guidance, and as a certified ZO® Skin Health clinic we can prescribe a personalised homecare routine to protect and extend your results.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be charged up to the full treatment price, and any booking deposit may be non-refundable. We completely understand that things come up — please just let us know as early as you can and we'll always do our best to help.
